I wanna burn mp3's to a dvd-r disc. I only have a cd-r drive and use adaptec burning software....is this possible?

you'll have to purchase a dvd writer for that as cd writers only burn onto cds.

You must own a DVD writer in order to write to DVDs. They're very cheap these days so you shouldn't really save for them...

Only if your drive has the little DVD-R icon on it. Otherwise it wont work
