I don't think so I am a christian and i believe in God but I don't belong to any church remember when the five wise men and the five foolish men was waiting on Him the five wise men was ready and had enough oil for there lamps they got to go in and the five foolish men was to stay outside because they were not ready they were church men but was not ready to go in, so what does that tell you I believe if you believe in God and you are ready you will go in and no church will get you there or no priest will be able to forgive you sins for you or get your name in the book of life.

As long as you belong to the true church of Christ you will be ok. I would suggest reading Hebrews 10 24-27, Acts 11:26 1 Corinthians 5:4-5. These are a few scriptures.

The Bible says that you must go to church to receive communion (bread and wine). It also reccomends that you do not neglect your assembly. No you do not have to be a member of a church to do these things.

It says not to avoid the assembly of the brethren (Hebrews 10:25). Also, the very word for church in Greek means "assembly" or "congregation" and so implies a gathering of people. The church (assembly of people) will be saved, much like Israel, a nation of people in the Old Testament.
Paul also makes a point that every believer has spiritual gifts to use in the church in order to minister to those who have needs. We are truly expected to be part of a community, to help others in that community, and to be helped ourselves in that community.

The bible gives us instructions for the sabbath, one is to reserve the day for worship. It also says "where 2 or more are gathered in my name..." which is a direct reference to fellowship. So the answer is kind of yes, but not if it doesn't work for you. However, if you are the son or daughter living in your parents house and they say you have to go to church, then you do.

No. However, it says: "And let us consider one another to incite to love and fine works, not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another, and all the more so as you behold the day drawing near."

Yes, the Bible talks about the Sabbath, how it is a day to refrain from work, and reserved for worship of the Lord.
