Or can a natural lefty play right-handedly, since that way, the dominant left hand will be doing the swing, thus more power... would appreciate some advice...

Yes a lefty can play righthanded. My brother is a lefty with everything except golf and he is very capable golfer. My 5 yr old son is the same. And I think u r right in your theory of more power. :)

Believe it or not......Phil Mickelson is not a lefty!! He is a righty who picked up the game with left handed clubs because his dad was a lefty.....
You can play either way, whatever is more comfortable for the individual is fine.
My daughter is a natural lefty in writing, throwing, eating etc....who will only hold the club as a righty. I ask her why and she can't explain it only that it feels most natural to her. She is 10 years old and a 15 handicap!!

Well if you can play right it's easier to get a lot of equipment. People came it's a good thing to be left handed and play right handed if you can do it. Now if it does not feel right to you playing right handed see if left feel better.

Actually Jeff V. Phil's dad was a righty. Phil plays lefty because he mirrored his fathers swing from a young age.

Anyway, my dad and girlfriend are both lefties and play righty, my dad putts lefty though
