geee, I am not sure about church chicks, but I guess girls are girls. You should look for changes in her behavior, ask her a question about something going on at her church and ask her the same question 2 weeks later. If she's lying about something it will show. It is easy to remember the truth, lies however can be a real pain to keep control of.
Regardless of all the small signs, dont jump to conclusions, you COULD be reading it all wrong. How about asking her, and try to read her response, body language and all.
