I devour and drink ALL meals sparsely together with 1% milk. I was once miserable on the severe low carb diets. I might have killed for an apple my first week on Atkins. Yeah except for flavoured milks because sugar is a carb.

I did low carbs and temporarily lost weight (for about 2 weeks) but now I am doing low dairy and I have lost so much more weight and feel so much better. And I get to eat normal food like bread. You should try low-dairy.
