will it effect my indefinet visa . as i dont want to be deported i am worried

Well my aunt came with a visa for six months from mexico to here the US. It expired and then she took it to the consulado de mexico and did something.............................................................................which I dont know what was it, but know she gat it for another year.

Dont let your Visa run out it might make it hard later to re-enter the country.

You'll go home and divorce your husband for neglect. Call the immigration office if you are worried....they will tell you your options.

Where is he gone on holiday and where are you ? If you are not in the US it can affect it as they can say that you have abandoned the country and your immigration intentions.
