They wok for me and my husband. But you have to remember to not concentrate on meat so much as the fruits and vegetables that u can eat.Try cutting out sugar and getting more excersise. The weight comes off slower but it stays off.

Reduction of carbohydrates really just reduces the amount of energy you'll receive. So if you don't really need too much energy say because you have a desk job or are a British Royal Guard, then yeah, it helps you keep weight off.
Be wary of low carb meals like burgers with salad leaves as buns etc. because they still have a lot of meat, usually bad quality, high sugar and cholesterol meat in the case of fast food so it's really defeating the purpose.
Carbs aren't the only thing that gets converted to fat cells.
Cheers.

All balanced diets with regular exercise keep good health.
If you live in cold country you will need protin excessive diet, whereas in hot countries any little diet can serve the purpose.
You should try to live on sprouts(at least one time) if you have good hunger. It gives all natural vitamins and proteins.
Add salads to your meals for salts, vitamins and to clear bowels.
