i accidently deleted a win excel file from the recycle bin too. Is there any way of recovering it ?

yes there is!! even if your hard disk crashed or formatted you still can recover your stuff (sometimes its barely recognizable though! =P)
Get your hands on some reliable software like Ontrack Easy Recovery Professional to recover lost files from a formatted drive or files that were deleted by mistake.

yup sure there are a lot of recovery datat softwares here you go one of them download it and install it in your pc it has a crack also so you can keep it for ever :)
