well you take their right hand with your right hand and you kiss their right cheek first, then their left cheek second, it would be very polite if you greeted his parents that way, i think its nice of you to be asking here to make sure it done right, you sond like a great girlfriend.!!!

AngelDust reply is the more correct; but also proofreadersgirl's right: it may vary according to which part of Italy they're from; so sometimes the host kiss the guest but the guest should not kiss the host; some other times host and guess kiss each other once... more often there's no kiss at all, anyway! So better you ask your b/f, first.

It probably varies withthe region. I know that it does in France, some areas do one, some up to four kisses! Best to shake hands the first time you meet someone, then take your lead from them for the next time.

Good job but the future tense come across a little awkward. I'd go with -"Il tuo sorriso mi fa impazzire". It works for present and future.

Because you are not Italian, I would hold back on kissing until someone dose it to you. you can't be expected to know this so stick to your own customs. if it is important to your boyfriends parents he will tell you be for you meet them.
