ok what if ther is really this guy that you really like but u don't think he likes you back but the only thing is he is not the only guy you like and the other guy lives in your neighbor hood too? what do i do ? please help me figure this out

Easy -
First, the guy who doesn't like you. Move on. Why in the world would you ever want to be with someone who doesn't like you? If some how you trick them into liking you, the end result of the relationship will not be good.
2nd, the first guy doesn't like you.. check out the next guy. He doesn't like you. Move on. Keep looking until you find that one right person who DOES like you for you.
A relationship is two sided. Both parties _MUST_ want to in be in the same relationship.
Usually, if it's one sided. Lets say, the first guy breaks down and says yes, I want to be with you. He's only out to use you. That isn't what you want is it?
Good, I didn't think so.. so keep looking. You'll find someone.
