It differs from person to person.
Personality: Strong Attitude, A Leader, Independent, Not Afraid to be Herself, Down to Earth, Sense of Humor.
Physically: Thighs, Hips, Butt, Waist, Smile, Eyes.
I'm not a huge fan of breasts, but it's a plus if she has nice ones.
Everyone is different though and has a different preference. Also, we really can't control who we fall in love with. Two of the truest sayings ever are:

There are thousands of guys that think things differently.
I'm on the kinky side, I love to watch women smoke and yet I hate the smell of smoke! I love high heels!
Some guys love eyeglasses some love diapers...yep, they make em..nope I aint into that, I'm, confused enough.
I also love fat fingers...Crazy, I know...
I like dark hair.
I perferr voloputous over skinny

For me I also have to say intelligence and a sense of down-to-earthiness.Many of my friends are constantly frustrated by needy girlfriends.Which is what dumb girls tend to be, needy. I personally find intelligence in a woman sexy.Most guys want a down-to-earth girl.What frustrates guys more than almost anything a girl can do is when she is not who she appeared to be.It seems people are afraid to be themselves.Which is one reason we have those games.I personally despise them.Nothing turns me on like an intelligent woman who is not afraid to be herself, because that means she trusts me.We know that intelligent woman are naturally skeptics towards us guys, with good reason of course. Because of this, men are afraid of being socially castrated by intelligent women.Try to emphasize your down-to-earthiness first.
