Besides pepto bismol - it's for chronic nausea, not stomach flu or anything. I've got foot baths, wiggling my toes, thinking about other things... but that's it. Anybody got any suggestions?

Ok...

1. put sugar on your tongue and let it melt
2. Drink ginger ale
3. Joshanda indian tea is really good too
4 Suck or shew on something- ex. lollypop or gum
5. Take deep breaths, exhale slowly
4. rest and relax...nobody likes to be sick

ginger works very well, cook it with some sugar and water then drink without the pulp
having a person with you also helps
and after you get a bit better, a hot water bottle for your tummy :)

While you are taking these nature remedies you should also find the source of the trouble.
GINGER IS good for nausea.
Check if you are allergic to yeast ingredient in the bread or any dairy product.

Ginger, lemon and ginger tea, mint tea, ginger and mint tea.

Ginger and mint s good for nausea. even the mythbusters have proven that.

Sipping ginger ale - ginger is supposed to help.
