I'm a 2nd yr BE student, i want to do MS in US, how to get 100% scholarship on tution fee n living expenses?

u need to get in research and the most funded area in research to get comp,
like for eletrical engg nanoeletronics is most funded, mech engg mems is most funded, so u should continue your research work in hot, most funded areas to get funding, simple.
