Have you ever laid your hands on someone and prayed. During the prayer, you felt your hands start to tingle or get hot.

As you continue to pray, it intensifies ---- feels like your hands are buzzing and sometimes get really hot. Sometimes the person you're praying for also feels it ----- it gets transferred to him/her.

It's all to do with energy really. Your aura is an energy field. By praying you heighten your energy field and you make it expand. If you really believe in your god or whatever it is you are praying to/for then your energy field will increase and you will experience a sense of prickling.

This happens a lot, especially when practising reiki healing, meditating etc.

It's a wonderful feeling to have! well done!

You don't have to be a christian to feel this though. Like I said, it's energy fields. You feel because you are intensely believing in something, or intensely involved in something. When you get really excited you will feel this as well.

I am a pagan, and I feel this all the time!

I'm just joking. I'm a Chr-stian, too. I haven't, but if you have, I won't argue.
