Best way is to use some water to steam or boil. I make mine in the microwave.

Put it in a microwave safe bowl that is covered with a little water and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

It is much healthier this way also instead of frying.

You can boil with a bit of water or steam it but never cook it with a pan with nothing, it will end up burned or uncooked! Yuks!

yes u can , just heat the pan add butter then add broccoli sprinkle little salt and saute it till lightly golden in colour

I would add some water to the pan so the broccoli doesn't burn. Burnt broccoli stinks!!
