If you are a bible believer..."love" is there....defined in details...some of it:
1Jo 4:8 = God is Love.
John 15:13 = Greater Love if you lay down your life for a friend.
So, your love to your baby should be confined to the above parameter.
What can I say, you don't love by physical attributes.
