Can you go to the race track the night before and park and sleep in your van ?
If not whats the earliest you can get in the parking lots ?

Yeah...you can go to Martinsville and park the night before. When I went there people had campers that they stayed in and by the time we had got there everybody was cooking something on the grills that they brought. My advice to you is to go the night before and stay...otherwise you may never find a parking space.

Not sure about Martinsville but of the three other tracks I've been to Talladega and Charlotte both allow overnite camping for several days leading up to the race, including the night berfore. I hope this helpls, and have fun at the race it should be a blast.

I'm sure that you can. I went to the fall race there last year. Awesome track,just very hard getting out of the parking lot.Took over three hours! But there was plenty of campers all over when we got there.I'm sure there is no time limit as many were camped beside the road and in an open field. Good Luck & have fun!

I've never been to a race but martinsville is probably one of the best to go to because you can see pretty much the whole track.

I dont think you can go the night before, but theres allot of people around there the rent out spots in they're yard. But, that place sucks, you should have saved your money and bought Richmond tix for May, much better place to watch a race, and better race all around.

just dont get seats under the awning. You will be deaf by the end of the day.
