You are not "curvy", you are ******** fat. Stop eating so go.ddamn much, and start getting some activity. You are not being sh.it on by life, you are shi.tting on yourself by not working out (or at least walking a lot every day) and burning calories. If you want to tone your arms, start by walking or jogging like 5 miles a day. When you are slim enough to actually get a boyfriend, jack him off daily, alternating hands. Your arms will get toned quicklike. Seriously fatty, don't get upset about this and go on an eating bender. Help yourself out you fat ******.

You can't spot reduce, but you can increase muscle in the area so your arms will look better. Try some of Joyce Vedral's books...

Most of her workouts do require dumbbells, but they're cheap and will last forever. You could also get one of those elastic bands and do the exercises that way. To improve defintion, you'll work on higher reps/lower weights. If you want some more muscle, you'll also need to work with slightly heavier weights. Start slow. Those cans would be a good idea. They're heavy enough to make a difference in a beginner.
The Fat Burning Workout by Joyce Vedral, is one of the best workouts I've used. It's fast, easy, and more challenging than it looks!

You need to melt the fat away through cardio. Walk briskly, or ride an exercise bike for 30 minutes a day, and don't think of it as a chore, just imagine the excess fat melting off your body. If you're on an exercise bike you can read the whole time. Or if you just want to tone your arms a bit but you don't have dumbells, you can use cans of vegetable, or soup, whatever's in your pantry.

You can use soup cans. Hold one in each hand and do a lot of reps of lifting your arms straight up above your head. Repetitions tone and adding weight builds muscle, so never use a lot of weight.
As far as losing weight, the main thing that helped me was TrimSpa. I hate to diet and I hate to exercise. TrimSpa was easy and it really does curb the appetite. I take that with some fish oil and anti-oxidant supplement - It's great. Also, I hate to exercise so I bought a tape where you just do some stretching exercises - it will get the blood circulating properly without doing a ton of yucky hard to do exercises (smile).
Hope this helps!

There are three easy exercises that come to mind. One is tricep curls using a can of food as a dumbell weight, push ups with flat back on your knees, and press ups with your hands on the seat of a chair, you facing away- hard to explain, but all of these exercises are easy to find on any health/exercise website.
Good luck!

from what i hear, you can't target an area like that to reduce fat. you must reduce overall fat.
