How do I prepare Junket (dessert)?
I have just found some flavoured Junket tablets in my pantry. They must be about 3 or even 4 years old. Are they still good and safe to use and eat?
The flavours are raspberry, strawberry and also vanilla flavoured tablets.
How do I prepare junket? I have lost the instruction packet. I just have the back of the packaging and 10 junket tablets of different flavours (also fruit salad and cherry flavour). How do I make it up? I remember my mum making it up with milk a few years ago with the tablets and then putting it in a glass bowl and putting it in the fridge. How is it done (details please)? I am from Australia.
Also, the ingredients of the tablets are: lactose, arrowroot, calcium lactate (327), Enzymes. Talc, Colours (natural)(100, 120, 160(b), 163), Flavour
Are the tablets alright to consume once the junket is made up? Thankyou!
Also what is the consistency of junket (I haven't had it in a while). Is it nice?

The 1st one, no-one answered and the 2nd one didn't seem to appear. I have had a bit of trouble posting the last day so I thought it hadn't worked. It showed up like 7 or 8 minutes later I found out after I posted the question again. Sorry!

It's flavoured tablet form available in Australia. I'm not sure where else it is sold in the World.
