wen i got my 2 year marriege visa i did not come here till 6 months latter will i need extenion visa

When you arrived in the US you should have made an appointment with the INS.

What did you plan on doing at the end of the 24 month period?

The 24 months was established for you and your spouse to get settled in the US. If you had made an appointment with the INS as you should have known they would schedule you for processing to gain a Resident Alien card aka "Green Card"

Now you may be facing deportation. You'd better get on the ball quick!

If you arrived in the US on a CR1 visa, you need to make an appointment with CIS to remove your conditionality after you have been in the US for two years. Actually, call for the appointment six months before the two years are up, since it takes a while to get one.

It doesn't matter if your visa has expired. A visa is only a permit to enter the US. Your temporary green card ought to be dated from the date you actually arrived in the US.
