i went for swimming while the temperature was at 18 C.. [it was amazing, cold but really great] Anyway, i am not used to it and now i got a flu!!! any home made tips?

just drink lots of clear fluids such as Sprite and dont eat real energetic foods just eat things like popsicles and cold things but when you drink Sprite dont drink a lot it will make you throw up more and just get a lot of rest hope u feel better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most probably you caught a cold as you were in a warmer environment to have a swim which apparently was cold.
Do you have a cough or having temperature?
You have not given clues as to what exactly you have.
in any way drink plenty of fresh juices and keep warm .
Avoid ice cold drinks and ice creams for example ..
Have some rest and do not mix in too much of crowds ...if you are feeling really bad .Also try to stay indoors.

Is it flu, or a cold? Either one is caused by a virus, however flu causes your joints to ache and you will be sick to your stomach. Get some bed rest and drink plenty of fluids.

You could try drinking hot soups, specifically chicken soup. In addition to that, drink lots of liquids, preferably water or citrus juices. Don't drink cold beverages, stay away from them for a while. Get lots of rest.
