I'm sure Wilkinson's do them i have a tiny bottle brush on the other end of my normal bottle brush from Wilkinson's

The baby isle in the supermarket usually have the little ones for babies bottles have you tried there.

try using bottle cleansing beans from Lakeland Plastic- they will fit into any bottle, and work brilliantly
