My cat is called 'Mafanwyn' Ever watched Little Britain? Well she's named after the barmaid on the 'Only Gay in The Village' sketch. I know, pretty weird. It started out as a joke but just stuck.
But to avoid embarrasment in the Vets, she's known as Mogsy.

Eadipus? Alex(ander Pushkin)? Catmandu? Whisky if black and white. Tiger if tabby. Smokey if grey. Catweazle if fluffy. We have had: Tibby, Whiskers, Bikky, Tammy, Billie (Had to change the spelling because of a mistake re gender!), Chuffy, Rufus and Mowgli. The latter has also been called Hoey and Baintie.

i have just lost my one year old cat. he was killed on the road outside my house.he was already dead when i found him. we called him Stinky but it was sometimes modified to Dinky. i would be honoured if someone would carry on the name. he wasn't a smelly cat at all and so ironically it worked really well. he was the most special cat i have ever had. his won person, didn't cre if people didn't like him, happy to be alive. we miss him very much.
