If you want to kiss him - and it sounds like you do - you're just going to have to take the plunge.
It's easier than you've built it up to be in your head. Start out just letting him kiss you and then when you feel more comfortable, you'll have got a sense of how to kiss him back.
Why don't you start with quick pecks on the lips, and big hugs to get used to being close to and touching each other?
Just remember, if you feel uncomfortable, stop and talk about it. Don't do anything you're not ready for, or don't want to do. And enjoy yourself. Don't think too much - just enjoy being close.

and if u wanna make a move, dont think bout it too much.. just do it and when you're done, you'll be seeing stars (hopefully not because he suffocated you!) bwahhaah.. only joking.. do it when you feel ready, whatever makes u happy.. if ur not ready, just tell him.. i know it seems dumb but i did.. i told my boyfriend i'd never kissed anyone before.. he said "oh whew.. means im the first right?" hehehehe

Well, I think you should KISS HIM! Yet just a small peck on the cheek before you can build up to the real thing.
when your not with him..you probably think of a romantic setting to kiss him in. so why not just tell him, that he should do something to put you in the mood to kiss him. has he ever kissed you before? good luck!

dont ever kiss him or get kissed untill u trust him i mean he is trust worthy loyal to u can carry on later
may b many boys like to b free with girls for free.....feeling that bad try to avoid that un till un less u properly no him dont do it
