is it a good thing or a bad thing?and why is it that it's happening to me?

Everyone has been blest by God with His/Her own Angel guardian, and some people are more sensitive to this Heavenly friend than others are,perhaps you are one of the more sensitive ones, and this is quite a grace in itself.

It is a good thing , someone who is watching u is the creator of world u can't hide yourself from him. Even he knows the things hidden in our hearts . this is good feeling not only for u but also for every person it helps us to do good deeds and avoid bad deeds.
Also there r angels who r keep watching on u and noting down your good and bad deeds.

That depends on whether the feeling you have is a good feeling or a bad feeling when they are looking over you.
It has been said that the feelings you get with a presence around is a direct reflection on what kind of spirit it is.
Personally....I dont really know or buy it all that much...

Do you mean spiritually or physically? If spiritually, it's your consciousness. It is your knowledge of the difference between right and wrong. That is a good thing.
If you are talking about physically, well our government is watching us all. And that is a bad thing. It denies us freedom.

There are three cases
1) It is your ex-boyfriend
2) It is your guardian angels. (look at case no3)
3) It is your imagination and if it get worse find a doctor.

It is both good and bad. You have a higher-self that is looking out for you and a dark self that is looking for stones for which to set in your path to trip you up.

Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean you don't have enemies out to get you. It just means you have a better grasp of the facts.
Could be angels, ghosts, demons. your own mind, your conscience, your wiser imaginary floating self. you could be detached from yourself and questioning yourself to get that feeling.
No one will know but you.

you should answer that, since it's your own personal feeling, that is unless you enjoy keeping the windows open and lights on, and that is a different story.
