Leviathon, that is the most respectfull answer I have ever received from you.

You are no longer on my list lol.
I can respect you, for you have shown respect. I would have never counted on receiving such an answer from you, I was wrong about you. The witch hunt is over. You have ended it with respect.

I think insulting Christ for the sake of it is crude and childish. I wouldnt necessarily say rebellious - it wouldnt be rebellious if it was written by a Muslim in Libya, would it? That's a bit UScentric of you!

I'm an atheist but I have a lot of respect for who Jesus was, if he did actually exist.

your question seems to be advocating the whole thing you are against.

There needs to be respect towards all religions and view points. If you disagree, its your right, as long as no one is shoving it down your throat. If someone is forcing their viewpoint on you rather than trying to "enlighten" you.....i can see where some hard comments can come in.

Now the way you stated your question reffering to christ bashing makes it seem as though if it wans't christ..... its ok.

Do you also find it obnoxious when someone insults Mohammed or Buddha? Of course you don't. I think everybody should have the right to question, whether their questions are seen as rude or obnoxious, or not.

But then if they are unbelievers then WHY are they insulting Him and Christians. They don't seem to realize that they are showing that they DO believe by attacking Him and His word. You shouldn't take it personally. Jesus didn't when he was verbally attacked and ridiculed. If you want to shine the light then let it shine thouroughly.

Why?

People are free to have and express their opinions. I am more concerned that people are not allowed to express their opinions about mohammed.

I am sure christ is big enough to shrug off such insults after the ordeal he had to endure it must seem fairly inconspicuous.

lol how many questions are you going to ask that insult atheists. And claim they are the ones doing the insulting. You are afraid of change and latch on to closemindness why do you do this my friend? Asking question about why you believe in something is perfectly reasonable.

Let me get this straight: Not insulting your imaginary friend is the standard of etiquette?

Somebody tell Emily Post.
