Good suggestions already; just a few grammar/spelling corrections (e.g. nomine with an e, Patris with an "s", two i:s at the end of Filii, Sancti with an i. This is actually a great example of genitive in different declensions!) :

In nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti, Amen.

My latin's a bit rusty so forgive me if I misconjugate...

In nomini Patri, et Fili, et Spiritus Sanctus. Amen.

-----------

I'd be in deep trouble if I didn't. Prior to reverting to atheism, I preference the Latin Mass to the Vernacular every chance I got. :) But that was a long, long time ago.
