why women have to be so sentimental and their hearts are so fragile as they will get hurt easily when they in love with someone?how to stay calm, steady and wont get dreadful when get separated with someone ?

Well, taking a deep breath usually helps. also, its not a man/woman thing. Guys hearts can get just as hurt as a girl's. Men tend to think with their heads more than hearts in love matters though. Women are more alluring and charming at the same time though. Ive seen emotional guys too.
Just do something to be preoccupied instead of missing him. if there's nothing you can do, your head should have a little talk with your heart to save it for when its a situation you can control.

i dont think men have hard hearts. most of the time, women are just the one's who lets say "display" their emotions more readily. imagine a guy who just broke up with his girlfriend, crying to his guy friends .. not the kind of attention he wants. i mean it's okay to do that, nothing wrong with being sensitive, but guys have always lived up to that "man" role.
i think even though they dont show it on the outside, to those who can see him, INSIDE, he is hurting. girls can vent out their anger in words and have it over and done with after a few bouts of cuss words and ranting but guys dont.. they keep it in.. they dont tell anyone and let that emotion build up inside them. sometimes they even result to violence.. i know guys who get so upset that they had to break up with their girls that when i asked if they wanted to talk about it they just said "no" and bashed their hands on the pavement.
i guess they just learn to keep it from the world, emotionally anyway... they dont want people to see them hurt because they may be afraid that people will take it as a sign of weakness and that's the LAST thing a guy wants.. rather than getting sympahty.. they'd probably just get mocked, unlike us girls who DO get more sympathy. guys show their hurt/anger through physical doings and its usually where no one will find them.. i know this =(
if women were more like men.. then where would all us girls be? and.. well, who'd be falling in love with us?

the guy i'm courting walks round with the "difficult guy" look and he's amazingly a lot a 'difficult guy' yet he has the most loving heart and the most fantastic personality ever! he's the first guy I have dated with this form of personality, yet I were taking area in the relationship very a lot. i ought to say that the position it does decision for each female, see you later because the guy is time-honored with of at the same time as that is okay to be 'difficult' verses at the same time as that is time to be better gentle, then i'm particular maximum female should be superb with that. ~God bless

women wer made to be soft & fragile. that's how God made Eve. so adam can take care of her & love her. by nature, women are emotional coz they have to be. women are made to give comfort. :-)
