How to end a date?

Hi, i was just wondering how exactly do you end a date. Eg. You take a girl out for coffee, and you really would like to continue seeing her, but what do you say to end it. You can't just say, umm yeah see you later, and walk off. You have to say something otherwise both of you will be sitting there for hours on end.

Well, for starters you could mention ahead of schedule during the date that you have to be somewhere to be at a certain time. It should be legit though, as you dont want same excuses or to lie to her and get caught.

best way is to say what you enjoyed about her, and the date, and when youd like to see her again...maybe to ask her to call you or something. Tell her you prefer to enjoy how sweet the date was and not ruin it by waiting around awkwardly. You could ask her later what she thinks and listen to her, that way you know how long she feels is necessary too. ;)

At my nephews baptism, the preacher man went off on a rant about the end of the world. He said that he would like to see all those ppl who are doing the tarot cards and reading the horoscopes trying to find out when the world ends....he would like them to find out when the world ends and then he would like them to be hit by a bus 5 minutes before it happens because no one should see the end of the world. It is not something we should look forward too..We should lavish and enjoy The time we have now and live for the day every day as it comes... After I got over the offence ( being a pagan) I saw that it had a good message in it somewhere..although I often wonder what it had to do with my nephew being baptised...

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh my god! Good question. I have got into this situation so many many times. It is just so hard to end a date with someone. Ask if you can go start your car to leave and then not come back because you're not interested in them. It works like a charm and the person really knows where you're coming from. By the way, pat them on the shoulder before you go.

Look, why don't you just say, " I'm having a great time right now and don't know how to tell you I have to get up early tomorrow. I would like to spend all night speaking with you but I'll be absolutly worthless tomorrow. (if your trying to be funny, this would be the place where you insert "and probibly lose my job from a lack of sleep").

If your feeling like you need to end the date I'm guessing she probibly does too.

Just say that you have to get up early the next day for work or whatever then be like I'd love to see you again, arrange another date then leave or take her home.

...and you would really like to continue seeing her, then you ask her out again. The rest of your question doesn't make sense. If you don't, then don't ask her out again. Why are you asking for advice?

If you like her, try to make plans to see her another time. Try to make it a firm plan. If she refuses to make any firm plans, she doesn't want to see you again, so don't push. Move on to the next girl.
