First of all, you don't know what love is, so don't even pretend to claim that you love him. Second of all, if he doesn't even have the balls to ask you out, then he doesn't seem like a very good catch. Maybe he just doesn't like you.

Just ask him what his interests are, and try to talk in terms of HIS interests, not yours. That'll make him feel important and hopefully he'll start to open up to you and like you. Always works for shy people.

i think teens like getting letters, notes. try writing him a note and express that you admire him and if he wouldnt mind you staring at him and dreaming about him. hehe peace
