Determine your body type first...sounds like your an ectomorph.

Then work with a fitness professional who will give you a computerized fitness evaluation and also help you determine your daily caloric intake.

From their they will devise a personalized plan for optimal success.

Gaining weight requires more healthy food.

Usually 500 calories added to your required daily intake will suffice but you will need to know how much protein/carbs/fat it separates into.

As for exercise, in order to save calories you need to focus on expending them less...your exercise regime would need to consist of a 3-4 day a week weight training program and possibly reducing your aerobic activity.

If your burning 3500 calories a day and only consuming 2500 calories...your not going to get the results you desire.

You need to consume more calories than you expend daily.

a true "fast" metabolism would mean that you have below average levels of body fat.

you need to determine how much fat free mass you have and base your caloric expenditure on that plus your daily level of activity. once you have established your daily caloric requirements to maintain at your current weight. increase the cals by 10% each week until weight gain occurs, making sure to monitor body fat as total bodyweight increased.

Well Diego, the answer is simple. Eat a crap load of Peanut butter. I was like you and I was sick and tired of it. But be careful. I am 6'1 and weighed 160. I started to eat pb sandwiches like crazy every day and in three and half months I wieghted 205. I was getting fat at the time so I slowed down and dropped to 185. Now I am working out every day and am now 205 again but without all the fat.
REmember...peanut butter

I recommend a slow steady gorging process combined with assal horizontology.

You'll want to focus on the neglected food groups such as the whipped group, the congealed group and the chocotastic! And be creative, instead of making sandwiches with bread, use poptarts. Instead of chewing gum, chew bacon.
