I don't understand what the problem is. It's OK to date more than one person at the same time, as long as both guys know that they aren't committed to each other.

Dating is dating. I assume that the relationship is supposed to be exclusive.
Talk to your friend of your concerns, if she does not listen then stay out of it o.k.
If it bothers you too much because of an integrity issue, you can bump her to the associate level o.k.

You could talk to her, tell her that she's gonna find herself in a situation she doesn't want to be in and that you're advising her as her best friend. Then stay out of it and let whatever happens happen. So that way you've given her advice, but its her choice if she listens or not.

You said 'dating'...so let her be. It is obviously not in a level of any commitment. Probably the guys are interested in other women too. She'll pick the better one.You don't have to do anything about it.

Understand two things:
1. Your "friend is a skank. (You might want to re-consider who you are friends with.)
2. It is none of your business. Get on with your own life.

Be supportive, chances are that sooner or later she will choose one but she has to live with the guilt of stringing one of the guys along.

you can tell her how you feel about this and how you don't think it's right because it will backfire on her and hurt not only the guys but her as well most likely. and it will most likely end with her not having Either guy. but she needs to learn this, and there is nothing you can really do because it's her life and she needs to learn her lesson by experiencing it. she will learn...

Keep out of it. You can advise her that it isn't a good idea, because someone is likely to be hurt, but if they are only dating she does have that right.
