In Chinese myths, there is a giant who divides the sky and the earth named Pan Gu (盤古), but after that he falls and every bit of him turns into the things we see in the world -- his muscle turns into the soil, his vein the rivers, his body the mountains. Then a goddess with the form half of human and half of snake named Nu Wa (女媧) comes to the world and creates humans with the soil. She makes one first, and then makes many othrs at a time. Actually, she is the first one who names humans human, or "ren (人)" in Chinese. So there is no exact record of what the name of the first human was in Chinese.
