Citystar...what kind of hair cutting place do you go to?...If you have a lowcut and want waves in it, go to a black barber b/c he can shape you up nicely and tell you how to get the waves. I say that b/c certain barber shops that you ask to cut your hair will take too much off the top (thus they are cutting the actual waves...u get me? ... They have to leave a little more at the top than they do on the sides, so that there is enough hair to create a wave...) If too much is taken off the top it will be a smooth haircut, like you can rub your hand against the hair and feel no wave at all (like a ceaser which is the name of a hair cut, it's like Kanye West' hair notice he has no waves, just a smooth cut) Do you put anything on your hair when you sleep like a "wave cap" ?... I'm telling you man go to the right barber and he or she will hook you up. Go to the hood, they know what it do there. Nowhere you don't feel safe though, just some where to hook you up.
