The best and easiest exercise you can ever do is, walking..

It's great for you leg muscles, tummy, and even arm muscles (if you're moving them)..

I like it as I can do many things at once: I could have a nice talk with someone special, enjoying the warmth of sun, enjoy the cool breeze in my hair and face and have a light exercise all in a nut shell..

What could be more refreshing?

As a former professional athlete and fitness specialist my preferences will be a touch out of the norm.

What I would reccommend is circuit training.

This allows for various combinations of exercises along with either stretching or cardio to implore fantastic results for maintaining lean muscle tone and fat loss.

A unique exercise that works nearly the entire body is what I call the FULL MONTY.

Start with two dumbells one in each hand palms facing your outside thighs.

Utilizing good form you go into a squat and on your way up you do an arm curl...from that arm curl you go straight into a shoulder press.

Return the weights into the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat.

Using a light weight practice it for 2 sets of 20 reps.

If done properly you will have hit the butt, legs, arms, shoulders.

Walking,I walk a mile a day, and it is easier on the knees. I enjoy this because it lets the days problems go away and is a great way to ease mental stress with out medication.

I like bicycling because there's a lovely bike trail just a few minutes from where I live. I find myself having more energy in general and feel like a little kid when I zip down a hill.

the one id love to get into most is squats bcos they have the most effect on your metabolisum and over all fittness of your body.
i enjoy it all but some exercises take time to get into.

1. the grind - you will sweat a lot here and will really lose excess fats..
2. ...aerobics work out
