i work out 2 hours a day+6hours martial arts training/teaching.5 days a week.

Depends, the warmer it is, the more I like to go out and play. During a good summer week I might bike around 150 miles and spend 8 to 18 hours surfing. In the dead of winter I'm only surfing around 9 hours(38 degree water) and there's too much ice to bike or run.

I run to the gym a mile and a half away which takes 6min. i lift weights for 2 hours and 1,000 crunches 45min , run home 10 min. so.... maybe 3 hours and i got 6% body fat.
