Well I did see a bird fart sometime. It was in the middle of winter and he was in a tree with no leaves and it was a white puff of steam. He chirped happily right after that.

Just one time when my g'son gave her his bowl of stew to get out of eating it himself. Normally, the pup is only fed a certain brand of dry dog food so eating the stew probably gave her lots of gas. The poot was just a soft enough sound for me to barely hear but ohmigosh, the smell was much worse than her normal silent toots. Pheweee!

I was holding my chihuahua today and he 'pooted' when I was holding him. I mostly felt it in his stomach. Poor little guy. He must be having a hard time transitioning to big boy dog food.

Yeah, my family's old cocker spaniel used to pass gas all the time. It never had any sound though, just was a puff of air. Usually sounded like "pfffffffff".

Yeah...it was hillarious. I though it was my husband (and he won't lie to me about tooting) and joked with him about it. He said it wasn't him. The only other creature in the room was the dog. I've smelled doggie toots, but I'd never heard one. I laughed my butt off.

When my dog farts she turns around to look at her butt like she has no idea what just happened.
Hilarious!
Don't get me started on the smell!
