It happens after I've been up and moving around for a while, and wont stop. Its getting bad, and I don't know what it might be. Modesty aside, I am a size DD, and my ma' says that's what's causing it...but wouldn't that make both my shoulderblades hurt? Any suggestions? And please don't say 'go see a doctor' or something like that.

I can't go see a doctor, we...don't have health insurance. Any other suggestions? Maybe food, sleeping ways, or hell even BRA tips? Something, anything that might work, its getting really bad. And its only after I've been moving around for a few minutes to a few hours. At the end of the day, when I lay down, there's like this pressure being lifted off my back, and its almost painful.

Or is that normal? Meh...I don't know. All I DO know, is that my shoulderblade hurts, I can't sleep and I'm sick of hearing chest jokes. And lame ones at that.

It sounds like you are experiencing muscle spasms, severe at times. It very well could be from your bust size,I've had a couple friends that had issues with straps, binding etc............anyway, the only way I know to fix it is breast augmentation, but we know you can't afford that,so try a rice sock. You take tube sock, fill it with rice(about 3-4cups)tie a knot in the sock, put in microwave and nuke it for about 3minutes,remove it carefully,it will be super hot!Get a washcloth or towel and put between you and the rice sock(this is to protect your skin from the moist heat). This should help ease the spasms. Also, you can try a supplement called Valerian. You will find it in most drug stores, health food stores, maybe Walmart. Anyway, take as directed. If you don't have a hot tub, try the public pool, they oftentimes have a tub or spa that would help you. A bra that fits properly is a must also, the back straps/shoulder straps should be very wide to help displace the pressure they cause. You may want to get a professional bra sizing to make sure you are selecting the right size bra. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.

Sabrina, regardless of medical insurance Is this the way you want to go through life ? enduring pain because of inability to have insurance.?

Only in America I say! I cant see where else you might be that does not have free treatment in public hospitals. You need to be assessed properly and no one on this forum is able to accurately diagnose and offer treatment that will help you
A doctor is truly the only option to have this correctly diagnosed and treated.

it sounds like muscular ache caused by stress or something.

usually a person would go to a physiotherapist for such ailments. if you can't then i'd suggest that you have somebody give you a massage. stretches can loosen up your muscles too so try finding a book on stretches.

a hot water bottle could help. and there are rubs with Mentholatum or patches that you can stick on the irritated area.

i hope that something i suggest can help....good luck.

i think u might have slept on one side right hand side throughout the whole night or maybe u over exertion of ur right hand by carrying heavy item.try to use ur left hand or ask ur mum to massage ur right shoulderblade with olive oil n put ur head higher up by using two pillows instead of one while u go on bed.try to sleep straight n facing the ceiling.i think this could more or less relieve ur pain next morning.

ever tried a heating pad on the shoulders, or sitting in a hot tub with your shoulder immersed? that works wonders for me.
