No not planning on knocking anyone out, just wondering what in home products could make someone pass out just by opening the bottle?

Not a good idea!
Chloriform is available to medical staff and industrialists who may use it in the course of their work with some plastics or perspex.
Veterinary people have access to it. But it is doubtful that you can purchase this without a licence.
Some aeroplanes and cars (Models) used this as fuel but the grade now has been alstered and is not medical grade and is less potent to inducing loss of concuiousness.
