Well theres this GUY name Luis.well were been friends for along time now.And i've alwayz liked him.And he knows.but idk!he tells me he likes me to and can be mean sometimes.and he can make me CRY!but i still like him.idk what to do?should i move on?he tells me he LOVES me but i kno he doesn't.and it doesn't help he lie.Hes older then me but just a year!he said he won't go out with me cuz of that.but he still acts like he likes me and thats what drives me crayz.O hes really HOTT!!!He alwayz hugs me and bugs me but what should i do!!

Yeah he's so hot he just burning you right up. You two have been friends so long that you have become a habit. He is taking you for granted. You're nothing more to him than a fall back girl; someone he can be around for hugs and bugs but not to go out with or be remotely serious about. You're a little puppet on his strings. He makes you laugh and cry while pushing all your emotional buttons. You need to realize that all you are to him is his little pet, so stop hoping for something that can and will never be. You may not ever stop liking him and that's fine and dandy. But as far as someone who will return those feelings that you are hoping for, he isn't the one for you. So detach yourself from this emotional roller coaster and stop setting yourself up for disappointment. Eventually you will meet someone who will show you respect and treat you with love and kindness; that which you deserve. Not someone who treats you like a whimsical plaything, who isn't capable of the truth nor who desires in any way to enrich your life.

It doesn't matter how hot he is. His personality is ugly. You don't honestly want a guy who makes you cry do you? He doesn't care about your feelings. He cares about messing with your mind. Trust me...you are stroking his little ego big time. Move on sweetie. You deserve better than this creep.
And you are right...he doesn't love you. If a person treats you mean even one time...it isn't love.

I can say that he don't love you, it is obvious. He is playing with your love. so he dare not go out with you. The next valentine day you will be gifted by him.If so , will the present be worthy? He must be like hug you and bug you but he don't like you are his girl friend.

Honestly, I have to tell you that isn't love. You should move on. You don't deserve to go through an emotional struggle like that. In love, age doesn't apply. If he doesn't know that, and won't consider how you have feelings for him, then forget him.
