Sex is not spontaneous. Especially in today's age. One needs to be extra carefull. Sex without expresss consent is date rape. I can't merely create a mood and expect it to happen. That isn't right.

there is no romantic way. talk to her about your relationship. it might not be the right time. when it is, make sure you set the mood, and protect yourself.

Have you been remotely getting close to the possibility? It kind of depends on how the relationship is going. I cannot think of a romantic way to bring it up. I agree with the other poster. Bring protection. No matter what at least do that.

We've been close for a long time now and I've been thinking about... maybe... getting a little closer... (Que the arm around the waist) I really care about you and I want to share this with you... Stop me if I'm making you feel uncomfortable. I don't want you to feel pressured or anything.
Keep saying YOU a lot, then she knows it's not just anyone you want to sleep with. Also reassure her that you care and you aren't just going to dump her straight after.

Dude- NEVER talk about sex before it happens. You have to seduce without saying a word. Its at her place, if she wants it to happen (and don't worry she is thinking about it) then you will feel it when you get there. She will encourage you. Like my last girlfriend dimmed the lights and put on music and made me sit on the couch. You can only stuff it up from there. Just let things happen. If the moment is there give her a kiss. Then try and press things further if it feels like the right time. If she wants it she will make it easy for you and you won't have to say a word.
Say something like "Its time we talked about sex" and she will find it painfully awkward and it will be the last thing on her mind. She will feel like shes on a job interview or something.

Well it depends how far you are in your relationship. if you can edit your question, I can edit my answer. also depends if you wanted to make love or just sex. Im not sure what she is to you.
Maybe ask her the question itself, when does she think the time would be right? Maybe she will tell you when, or maybe she prefers for your to make the decision when the time is right. Its not about words, as much as it is about presentation and making her feel special first before leading up to the act of pleasure.

um, if ur bad with words, use actions and things that might get her in the mood (candles, music, w/e u think she'll like - take notice of some of the cheesiest movies ever made and recreate it-if u dare of course). lets just say if ur bad with words, ur not gonna get the results ur vieing for.
