How is it working out for you ? Have you recently bought a stereo system?

for your car with the usb built in ? If so is it working as advertised can I just stick in my usb pen with music from I tunes?

Works exactly like advertised. Download from I Tunes to USB stick. Turn on stereo and insert USB stick into USB port and jam out. Change albums and songs. Fast forward and reverse, everything.
