i usually take milk at night.

i started to take multivitamin everyday and i prefer to take them at night.

is this a bad combination. i heard it is not good to take iron with milk. . i wonder if its true. the multivitamin has iron in it too.

Its Ok to take with milk but calcium can minimize and block the absorption of iron. For best results take your vitamins with orange juice because follic acid aids in max absorption of vitamins especially iron.

Yes, taking it with milk is fine but defintely drink water also because some vitamins can make you a little thirstier than normal.

do not take multivitamin with milk because it will decrease the potency of the vitamin that you have already taken and you body cannot absorbed well

at birth you body is completely devoted to getting all your nutrition from mothers milk it does'nt seem to me that nature would make milk be a bad mix with vitamins considering it is the only food you get when you need your vitamins the most!

ITS OK!
taking it with milk wont ruin the nutrients.
try to drink lots of water everyday tho, its great for you.
