No, only if they hired them to molest children. You can't sue an employer if he hires a janitor, who just happens to be a convicted child molestor.

You'd have to prove that they knew what they were funding. For instance, if a guy is a salesman and he sells copiers, for example, and it's later proven that he's a child molester, you couldn't go after his employer, because they didn't know he was a child molester. On the other hand, if it's a internet porn site that shows children being molested, they could be sued.

I don't know, but child molestation is child molestaion. It's against the law. I think the company should be reported, or sued, because what they're doing is supporting a crime which is against the law. The company in a way, is condoning that act of crime.
