You know that kind of question is everywhere. You must know the answer, otherwise you wouldn't be questioning yourself. Yes it is wrong, well to us, but ask your best friend before you make up your mind. She'll tell you if she doesn't want you to go out with him or if it's okay with her. Which ever she says, you should go with it. It's better to have a best friend then a guy who might not be the one, anyway. Plus, find out why they broke up. Maybe it's a reason you don't want to get involved in. He may have done something (or her) that caused them to break up. Especially if he has a habit you don't want in your relationships. Bottom line? Yes it's wrong.

It isn't necessarily bad, but is it something that could ruin your friendship? You also may want to consider his motives. Is he trying to make her jealous? Could it be a revenge thing on his part. It would be pretty awful if you agreed to go out with him only to find out later that he did this to get back at her. Then you lose your friend for nothing. Maybe you should bring this up to her.

I had that situation come up several times in my dating life, and I chose to not date anyone my friends dated. In the long run, the choice to not date them was wise. There were plenty of guys to date who didn't date my friends.

It's really bad because this is the ex of your best friend, and that's a no no. If you are willing to lose the best friend, do what you want to do, but you better be willing to do that. It is not a good thing.

hmm... in a way, it wil be an uncomfortable situation shud u fell in luv wit da guy.. talk to ur best fren and seek her opinion.. if she dun like it, den dont go out wit da guy.. somehow, treasure ur frenship more instead of initiating a relationship wit a new guy dat wil already cause trouble btwn u and ur best fren from the start (if she dun want u to go out wit him).. but personally, i wud neva consider dating any of ma fren's exs.. it juz aint recommended..

i'd say talk to the best friend first.if she got over him and he got over her then why not.but consider that he might not be over her and is doin this to get her mad or smth..which will only mean u will get hurt.at least ur ego.be a woman and take the chance if u really like him.i suppose he's a good one for u to even consider this:)
