My daughter wants to rejoin ballet at 12. I don't know if it is still possible for her to learn.. Help me!!

Of course it's possible for her to learn. Children don't stop learning things once they pass a certain age. Infact, I'm sure you learn new things from time to time. 12 should be a good age for her to rejoin, she'll be more apt to pay attention and want to learn. Just keep this thought in your mind, as well as hers, "You can do anything you set your mind to"

of course she can still learn.

it's not like she's 50, obease, and wants to be a champion figure skater.

one other thing, encourage her to try many different things, she is at a good age to see what she'll grow in to.

Is your child mentally impared? People learn forever. What on earth makes you think that she wouldn't be able to learn?
