she left you because she stoped caring for you. You will look pathetic in front of her and she will laugh and tell her friends exactly what you wrote. the answer is NO YOU DON'T CALL HER, and YOU DONT TELL HER WHAT YOU WROTE. i do not know why she broke up with you but I think she has her reason. try to understand that there are many many many girls that are born each day and they grow up to be young lady's. go in a store and count how many women are there in a store, then count how many men are in that store. as you see there are more women in the store. That means there are more possibilities that there is a woman, lady, or girl, depending on your age. somewhere in this world that will like you for you. try to exam what she told you when you broke up with her. AND next time find a lady that will not put you down.. step away from people that bring you down. or if you are selffish, change and understand that people will dump you and not want to be with you if you are too selfish.. now go out and find yourself another girlfriend... hurry up....she is out there ......go!!!!!!

Like what the others said, its already too late to let her know abt you carving "worthless" into your arm. The problem should be solved or compromised before the break up. If you really wanted to let her know so badly, maybe you can sms her. Just to let her know what you've done. But do not call her or tell her straight in the face.. she'll think you're trying to get sympathy.
If she doesn't reply you, then u can start looking around for another gal. If she does, then u have another chance to correct the wrongs you've done and strengthen the relationship.

No, most girls don't really want desparate, needy or mentally unstable guys. If anything they'd want a man who is stable and has all his stuff together who can protect them. Cutting yourself doesn't make you desireable in fact it does the opposite. Also, you shouldn't consider yourself worthless because a girl broke up with you, not even if you were together for several years. You have to learn to be valuable on your own, complete by yourself, and not need someone else to feel like you are "worth" something.

No, keep it a secret. If it was recent use plenty of Neosporin to heal it. After that use Mederma scar repair religiously. Keep it moist for months, even after it appears to be pretty much healed. This will minimize scarring. Hopefully you didn't carve too deeply. If it's a bad scar maybe you can cover it with a beautiful new tattoo. Stay away from the X. Try to see a counselor to talk about your issues. Good luck and love to you.

yikes. I hope by carved you mean wrote? First of all, carving into your skin with some sort of sharp object should not be your reaction to hearbreak. Go break a lamp or something. But to answer your question, no, you shouldn't tell her what you did. It would say that she had that much of an impact on your life that you're willing to go to self-mutilation to pacify your depression. Plus, she may not want to be on talking terms with you if you're that extreme.

No. It definitely won't make her come running back into your arms. If anything she might go running into the arms of another man to get away from you. Nobody wants to know the crazy things you did after a break up. I've done some, but I keep it to myself because it's never a good idea.

No, you shouldn't tell her that, since it won't do anything other than cause her pain. What you should do, however, is seek some counseling to help you with your self worth issues. You're not worthless and you shouldn't let the end of a relationship make you feel as if you are.

then she did the right thing by leaving you. self pity is the most worthless of emotions, and you cutting yourself gives proof to that.
to tell her would not surprise her, but would definitely ensure that all the girls in your area knew how you were sub standard and flawed beyond repair.

ABSOLUTELY NOT.
What you do need to do is....
1) get your arm mended up
2) tell yourself it wasn't all YOUR fault
3) tell yourself today, begins the rest of MY beautiful life with all the people that love & care about me
4) go out & have FUN, by yourself & with friends
5) EVERYDAY, repeat steps 2 -, 1 if necessary
