You can buy a box of condoms at gas stations, grocery stores, get them from free clinics, and drug stores. If you buy a box, it will have instructions in it.

if you mean a CONDOM, then you can get it at any drug store, and to use it...well...you can look it up on google, i'm sure they have intructions on the box.
