Nuclear plants make no CO2.
Blocking the Mexican border slows population growth. And Mexicans in Mexico don't drive cars. However, they will drive here if the "comprehensive immigration reform" bill passes. The were will instantly be millions of new drivers on the road.
Currently, illegal aliens make 300,000 babies yearly in the U.S.. That is more than what they would have made if they stayed in Mexico. "Reconquer California" they say.
