That depends ! If accompanied by a parent , or an adult. I do not think there is an age limit, As long as you are not consuming alcohol !

Technically you have to be 16 to drink beer and wine and 18 to drink hard liquor, and there is no legal age to drink with your family. They will refuse to serve someone they feel is too young is pretty much how it goes, but 17 isn't too young. Sometimes bars and clubs will maintain a certain age that they let in, but that's about it. You will have no problem.

Even if you have a parent with you, it's illegal to be in a bar while under 21. For safety and insurance purposes.
